1. Who we are

Gaypal is a digital product storefront for agent prompts and image packs. Payments are handled by Paddle.

2. Data we process

We do not operate user accounts on Gaypal. Purchase-related personal data (name, email, payment details, tax info) is collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. See Paddle’s privacy policy for that processing.

3. Technical data

Our hosting provider (Vercel) and Paddle.js may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request logs necessary to serve the site and complete checkout.

4. Cookies

The storefront may use minimal cookies or local storage for checkout and optional ambient-sound preference. Paddle may set cookies required for payment.

5. Downloads

After payment, our fulfillment endpoint verifies a Paddle transaction id to authorize download links. Transaction ids are processed only to confirm payment status.

6. Retention & contact

Order records are retained by Paddle per their policies. For privacy requests about payment data, contact Paddle or reply via your order receipt email for product-access questions.
