Terms of Service

1. Products

Gaypal sells one-time digital goods: agent system prompt files and digital image packs. Delivery is by download after successful payment through Paddle.

2. License

Unless stated otherwise in the product zip, you receive a personal/commercial-use license for outputs you generate with the prompts and for use of image assets in your projects. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the product files themselves as a competing digital product.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices are listed in USD unless shown otherwise. Applicable taxes may be collected by Paddle.

4. Delivery

After payment, download access is provided via the success page (transaction verification) and/or Paddle order communications. You are responsible for storing your files.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use purchased materials for illegal activity, harassment, or to create content involving minors. Prompt products are tools; you are responsible for how you use them.

6. No warranty

Products are provided “as is.” AI model behavior varies by platform; we do not guarantee specific outputs from any LLM or image tool.

7. Contact

For order access issues, use the email associated with your Paddle receipt. Support is limited to delivery and access for purchased digital goods.
