Digital goods

Gaypal sells downloadable digital products. Because files can be copied immediately after delivery, all sales are generally final once download access has been granted.

When we will help

• Payment succeeded but download links failed or the zip is corrupt
• Duplicate accidental charges for the same product
• Technical errors clearly caused by our storefront or fulfillment

How to request

Contact us through your Paddle order receipt email within 14 days of purchase. Include order id / transaction id and a short description of the issue.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record and may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute so we can resolve delivery issues quickly.
